How much does a party rental website cost?
Plans start at $499 one-time setup plus $89 per month for the Website Care Plan, which covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support. Deluxe is $999 setup plus $129 per month and adds a multi-page site with a page for each rental category and local SEO. Premium is $1,499 setup plus $199 per month.
Can customers check my availability online?
If you already use a rental booking system with an online calendar, we connect your site to it, so availability and bookings stay in the tool you know. If you do not, the site sends you a booking request with the date, the address, and the unit, and you confirm it. Either way the parent gets an answer without playing phone tag.
Should I list my prices?
Yes. Parents compare two or three companies on price before they call anyone. A starting price on every unit, with what it includes, wins the comparison and filters out the calls that were never going to book.
What photos do I need?
Every unit set up outside with nothing in the way, plus a few from real parties. Clear phone photos work. Parents want to see the actual unit they are renting, not a manufacturer’s render.
How long does the build take?
Most sites go live within 7 to 10 business days once you have sent your rental list, prices, policies, and photos. The timeline depends far more on how quickly we get content from you than on the build itself.
